Returns

RETURNS:

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 30 days of the day you receive them. Please contact us at hello@sunabonometti.com to initiate a return. 

The products must be returned in the condition it was received, you will get the refund once we receive the item back in undamaged and pristine condition. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items that have been damaged in any way. 

We will not accept returns that do not meet these criteria and will return your order with an email explaining our position.
